The announcement text: We are looking for a part-time Support Service Co-ordinator for for a progressive building services company this will be a 12 month contract.

You will be responsible for the receptionist, switchboard, helpdesk and administration. Some of the key tasks and responsibilities will include-

-To meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner
-To ensure that visitor sign-in, issue and collection of visitor passes is carried out
-First point of contact for maintenance contractors
-Logging of all meeting room booking requests and action (see meeting room Matrix)
- Ordering and maintaining of all vending supplies
- Produce monthly reports showing meeting room usage
- Receive and dispatch all incoming post
- Receive all contractor supplies and inform them they have arrived at site
- Call answering, call routing, emergency call handling
- Recording of purchase orders and invoices on matrix tracking system
- Preparing the monthly Helpdesk reports for analysis
- Preparing Word and Excel spreadsheets as required
- Maintaining the Facilities Management filing system
- Assisting the Corporate Management Team as required
- Assisting in other departments that fall under the remit of the Facilities Management service
- To effectively manage the day to day service delivery of requests logged through the Helpdesk Matrix System, to include
- Logging of all incoming calls, emails and walk-in requests onto the Helpdesk

Hours of Work Mon - Fri 08:00 to 14:00 and Mon - Fri 14:00 to 20:00
